19 year old emcee/producer, Kid Rad is back once again with one of his catchiest tunes to date. Hailing from Burntwood in the West Midlands, Rad's new single is all about his experiences of lazy days and hanging out with mates whilst drinking beer and just chilling.

'Melt Away' is a cool sounding tune; it's fresh with catchy piano chords leading the melody. Rad's vocals are smooth and I just love the chorus. This is a true summery sounding tune and really brings a smile to your face.

The are two versions for this single the 'Radio Edit' and the 'Album Edit', the differences aren't obvious apart from the fact that the 'radio edit' is clean whereas the 'album edit' includes explicit lyrics.

Kid Rad looks like he is here to stay, he has received some heavy airplay and media coverage on his first single on BBC National Radio, Radio Lyon, HHB Radio and Reload FM.

I cant wait for the up and coming debut album, Disturbing the Sequence.
