Become the next big singing sensation with We Sing: UK Hits, which features six decades of iconic British music. Featuring 40 smash hit songs from both classic and contemporary British artists, including David Bowie, Queen, Plan B, Adele and Jessie J. We Sing: UK Hits is the definitive slice of British music culture, so grab the mic and get ready to sing to the UK’s biggest songs... The popular We Sing series is back with a new UK Hits edition. This includes 40 pop music tracks from six decades of UK music. You can buy this as a game on its own or in a pack which includes two Logitech USB microphones (which is the release we're reviewing). Up to four players can play this game at any one time. There's something for every member of the family here, from Lulu and the Luvvers 'Shout' to Amy Whitehouse's Rehab, which will ensure the very old and the very young can compete on equal footing. If you've played a We Sing game before, or any of this style of game, you'll be able to pick this up almost immediately and if your new to the genre then it's pretty easy to get it up and running. Once you've chosen which mode you want to play (from Solo, Party and Karaoke modes) you're into the main game play. It's all pretty straightforward and it's a case of singing in time (and in pitch) with the song. For hardcore singers the Karaoke mode strips the vocals from the track making it much harder to sing. This is a game that your very unlikely to play on your own, it's a party game that you'll only really get the best out of with a few close friends and family members. There are a decent amount of songs, and good enough selection to ensure that everyone will be able to sing a long immediately to at least a handful that they know. If you're looking to buy your first We Sing title then you could do a lot worse than this. 7 Nick Smithson |
