After storming the International music scene with critically acclaimed Achilifunk, Txarly Brown is back with his third and final instalment in the Achilifunk trilogy, Gitano Real. This time he's not alone, welcoming the diverse talents of Banda Achilifunk and the Original Jazz Orquestra Taller De (OJO); 12 academics led by Vicens Martin, into the rumba-funk blend.

Gitano Real is a mix of Achilifunk-style re-creation rumba. With a blend of disco, rap, funk, soul and with the likes of Michael Jackson's 'Bad' and MacFadden & Whitehead's 'Ain't No Stopping' receiving a funky rumba re-styling, Gitano Real is the perfect introduction to the summer.

This is an album you're going to get - and love; or not understand - and truly hate. From the opening 'Cocos' to the closing cover of Jackson's 'Bad', there's plenty here to make you smile and get you up and dancing. 'La Lotería' is loud, brash, in your face and quite humourous in its delivery.

If you want to party Spanish style then you should add this album to your collection.
