Apiculture is the debut album from Bristol production duo The Beekeepers aka Scott "Boca 45" Hendy and Parker. This is an upbeat and extremely memorable album which dips its toes into various genres while maintaining an identity of its own. We have beautiful instrumental pieces that are classical in nature ('Sea Change', 'Spring Forward' and 'Apiculture' as well as the boppy 'To The Roots' and 'Opt Chop Intermission'); There's soul based tracks ('So Long'); rap inspired offerings ('Queen Bee' and 'Long Way Down'); and then there's the downright weird stylings of 'Circus Folks.' To sum up - I totally loved this album. It's a summer soundtrack that you should play loud when the sun comes out. 9 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
