'Midthing' is the second single release from Baron Bane's forthcoming album LPTO. Like their previous single, 'Echoes', 'Midthing' is another laid back track that will be instantly well received by their fans.

Personally, I'm very much looking forward to the release of the album. So far I've been greatly impressed by what I've heard.

The only main issue I had with this release was that near the start of the track there is some distortion (which sounds like a dirty headphone contact when you touch the lead and you get a crackling sound. It's certainly not supposed to be part of the track (or at least I hope not) and this drop in quality is a bit of a disappointment. It only comes and goes for about ten seconds, and only in the left speaker, but even so it's annoying.
