'Glory' is taken from singer, songwriter, producer and entrepreneur Ryan Leslie's forthcoming album Les is More. which is due for release later this year.

This single contains two versions of the track, the "clean" edition and an instrumental version.

The track allow Leslie the chance to offer an honest account of his step into the spotlight, noting that beyond the accolades and accomplishments to date, he is still determined to succeed on his own terms: this is an artist who never fitted into the major label system as a solo artist - which is why his forthcoming album sees him going independent rather than being backed by a studio who would attempt to neatly package him as something he is not.

The lyrics say it all: "Listen, they tried to put me in a box - 'the urban dude' / I missed the festivals - Coachella, Bonnaroo / They never really understood what I was tryna do..."

This is R&B injected with a little twist of Hip-Hop that just rolls around in your head for days and days. Personally, I'm very much looking forward to the release of his new album.
