Eric Neveux's score for Hideaways is a chilled out affair with some interesting themes woven amongst the tracks.

It reminded me, in places, of Carter Burwell's beautifully freaky score for Being John Malkovich. And in other instances there was a distinct Danny Elfman feel. But Neveux has a style that is all his own.

There are 19 tracks on this album, which represent 51 min, 29 sec of music. Highlights include 'The Depth of the Forest (Theme from Hideaways)', 'The Furlongs', 'Escape from the Real World', 'Abandoned Souls', and 'The Story of James'.

It's certainly a score worth checking out.
