This album covers the current four films in the franchise: Twilight (2008 - music by Carter Burwell); The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009 - music by Alexandre Desplat); The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010 - music by Howard Shore); and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part I (2011 - music by Carter Burwell).

All three composers have their own styles and themes which they weave throughout their tracks. This is a good purchase as a taster for serious soundtrack fans who are considering purchaing the full scores for each film, or for the Twighlight fan who enjoyed the music of the films, but doesn't want to spend over £40 buying all four soundtracks.
