Award-winning composer Bill Brown (CSI: NY, The Devil’s Tomb, Captain America: Super Soldier) releases his hauntingly beautiful score for the independent drama feature Brother’s Keeper... Bill Brown's score for Brother's Keeper is an incredible collection of tracks. In parts it reminded me of Thomas Newman's score for The Shawshank Redemption. The most notable similarity is 'The Documents'' and 'It Was Me' when compared with the track 'Shawshank Redemption'. In addition 'Don't Worry' sounds very much like the menu music from Harry Gregson-Williams's score for the console game Call of Duty IV. The entire album is full of beautiful tracks - there's no dull filler material here over the course of the album's 20 tracks, which lasts for 1 hr, 02 min, 44 sec. If you're a fan of mellow, beautiful soundtracks then you should check out this album. 8 Darren Rea |
