Stand Up Guys (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) features two new original songs by Jon Bon Jovi ('Not Running Anymore' and 'Old Habits Die Hard'). Also included are classic and modern soul songs by Baby Huey, Gary Clark, Jr., Charles Bradley feat. Menahan Street Band, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Sam and Dave, and Muddy Waters. Stand Up Guys looks at the relationship between old friends, who just happen to be life-long criminals... This is one of two soundtrack albums that Lakeshore Records has released for Stand Up Guys. There's the original score by Lyle Workman and this release which includes various artists. In addition, this album also includes a handful of tracks by Workman (which are taken directly from the score) to whet your appetite for that soundtrack too. By far the biggest pull here are the two new Jon Bon Jovi tracks 'Old Habits Die Hard' and 'Not Running Anymore'. The album contains 15 tracks and lasts for 47 min, 59 sec. It's a rather strange collection of music, but will no doubt be embraced by fans of the film. Track listing: 01 - 'Hard Times' - Baby Huey & The Baby Sitters 6 Darren Rea |
