2013 marks the thirteenth anniversary of The Dandy Warhols’s Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia. To celebrate the occasion, the band has overseen a newly remastered and expanded 13th Anniversary Edition of the album. The new edition adds ‘Thirteen Tales’ session outtakes, early and alternate mixes, and home demos of songs from the album...

The Dandy Warhols’s third album, Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia is the latest classic album to be given the remastered treatment. In current months we've seen Huey Lewis and the News's Sports and The Teardrop Explodes's Wilder both reissued. Also, this August [2013] Nik Kershaw's The Riddle is to be rereleased with additional tracks.

The popularity of Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia was helped in no small way by the single 'Bohemian Like You.' As with previous rereleases, this is mostly going to appeal to those that bought the original album, the remastering is one reason to rebuy what you may already own, but a second disc (13 tracks representing an additional 38 min, 31 sec of music. This mainly comprised of demo and alt versions of the main tracks on the album.
