Arrested Development: At Long Last... Music and Songs from... contains 42 songs and music cues from the four seasons of the original TV series. The album lasts for 59 minutes and the tracks were selected by the show's composer David Schwartz. The end result is a heavy dose of the original madcap songs and its signature ukulele tunes. 

The soundtrack features exclusive extended versions of several key songs including 'Balls In The Air', 'Getaway' and 'Shot By Love.' Also included are fan favourites 'Big Yellow Joint', 'Fantastic 4 (medley)' and 'Motherboy'. These songs are hand-selected by Schwartz based on fan requests through the years.

You really have to be an Arrested Development fan to get the most out of this album. With a lot of tracks last under (or slightly over) the one minute mark, the music cues won't mean much to the casual soundtrack collector.

There are plenty of tongue in cheek tracks - like 'It Ain't Easy Being White' that will make fans of the show smile.

And was it just me? Or does 'Boomerang' sound incredibly similar to 'Come On Eileen' (1982) by Dexys Midnight Runners?
