The album tries to please everyone and includes more modern tracks alongside (Ram Jam's 1977 version of 'Black Betty'). The third disc contains quite a lot of tracks from the '80s. So no doubt everyone will have their favourite disc that they'll play more than the others. Personally, I found it a great album to play from start to finish to get me through the day.

The album contains 63 tracks (3 hours, 46 min) and works just as well as an album to do the housework to. It's a great album and one that you should add to your collection.
