Button:Pusher is the brainchild of musician and producer Kiran Shahani. For this double LP (which incorporates Never Look Back and Cross My Heart) Button:Pusher employs the talents of an impressive cast of renowned vocalists from all over the world: from sexy and dark lounge like formations, to up beat and zesty booty shakers. This collection features Angela McCluskey (Telepopmusik), Kelli Ali (ex-Sneaker Pimps),Kathrine DeoBoer (Belleruche), Lex Land, Emily wells, Annie Little, and Lou Lou from Thievery Corp.

The end result is Electro-Lounge at its finest. After a hard day's work, this is the perfect way to unwind and forget your woes for a an hour. This collection contains 19 tracks (1 hr, 04 min, 51 sec) of chilled out modern tracks with a lean towards '60s soul.

There's something decidedly warm and comfortable about this collection. Tracks like 'Nobody's Fool' bring to mind the John Barry heydays of James Bond. While songs like 'Bad Luck Daddy' will, for a younger audience, give you an Austin Powers vibe. 'You Have a Way With Me' is a light, fluffy track, while 'A Tight Rope (Pt 2)' is a weird, trippy song that messes with your head.

This is an impressive collection, and one that will find a welcome home with those who want a chill out modern soul album.
