Us Amongst The Rest are a four-piece rock band from York. Follow The Truth is their debut LP and contains their recent single 'Bring The Fuel'.

The tracks here are inspired by the band’s own personal struggles, confronting harsh realities, mending relationships, love, loss and ultimately the desire to follow your own path.

It's an impressive debut, but to be honest it sounds no different from a hundred other rock bands out there. And, after listening to it constantly for over a week, I still couldn't find anything that was that memorable.

There are good solid anthems here, like 'Angels' and 'Falling Skies'. Rock aficionados will enjoy this immensely, but casual listeners will find nothing special here that's not already been done to death elsewhere.
