Lakeshore Records release an EP of Kathryn Bostic's jazz infused score for Dear White People. The score contains 5 tracks (9 min, 09 sec) and is practically over before it's really begun.

I was a little surprised that these 9 mins of music hadn't been incorporated into the Dear White People album. But, I suppose this way fans of the score, who don't necessarily like the various artists tracks, can pick up Bostic's music for a fraction of the price.

While I wasn't a huge fan of it, I can see why fans will be pleased with the way this has been released.
