MovieScore Media release Moritz Schmittat's score for A Dark Reflection, the thriller directed and co-written by former British Airways Captain Tristan Loraine. The film is an investigative thriller based on real events. Two investigative journalists Helen Eastman and Natasha Stevens look into a serious in-flight incident known as 'Flight 313'. Soon they realise this is not a single event but aviation's biggest cover-up dating back to 1954. Going up against powerful airline owners Charles and Maggie Jaspar, the duo risk their lives to discover the truth and expose it to all who fly... Moritz Schmittat's score for A Dark Reflection is a master class on how to deliver a suspenseful score, with some powerful themes. 'Intro' starts off on the right foot, with an impressive and memorable theme-based track. And, likewise, the closing track 'A Dark Reflection' is also impressive. As impressive as the main theme is (and believe me it is eerie and suspenseful) it's over used a little too much. The album contains 21 tracks (48 min, 08 sec) and is, on the whole, worth your time investing in. 7 Darren Rea Buy this item online
