Composer Ronen Landa self-releases his score to Mad As Hell. The film, by director Andrew Napier, is a documentary about The Young Turks, one of the most popular online news shows in the world, which has amassed a YouTube network of millions of subscribers and billions of views... Ronen Landa's score for Mad As Hell is intriguing. It's full of punchy, no nonsense tracks. As a showpiece for the various styles Landa can adapt himself to, this is spot on... However, whether you'll want to listen to this in its entirety is another thing. The album contains 19 tracks (36 min, 54 sec) and there's the odd piece of dialogue from the movie thrown in. Normally I'm not a fan of albums that do this, but it works incredibly well here. As modern scores go, the music is fitting for the subject matter, but whether you'll enjoy this outside of the movie is subjective. 7 Darren Rea Buy this item online
