Timothy Williams's original score for Debug is released through Lakeshore Records. The movie follows six young computer hackers sent to work on a derelict space freighter, who are forced to match wits with a vengeful artificial intelligence that would kill to be human... The score for Debug, composed by Timothy Williams and performed by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra incorporates a handful of very subtle themes. However, of this album's 21 tracks (41 min, 50 sec) there's only a couple that I'd probably want to listen to outside of the movie. That's the opening 'Main Title / Ship Landing' and closing 'End Credits'. While the rest of the album is mildly enjoyable, it's mainly comprised of atmospheric background tracks. It's not the sort of score you could do the vacuuming to, or go out for a jog and pop onto your iPod. It's also not the kind of soundtrack you can relax too. Probably one best left to enjoying in its rightful place: the movie. 6 Darren Rea Buy this item online
