Goldsmack release their new EP, Wild Season, and what an impressive collection of songs there is here. The EP contains 5 tracks (18 min, 51 sec).

For me the stand out track is 'A Wild Wild Season', which wouldn't have felt out of place on Lou Reed and John Cale's Songs for Drella. In fact, pretty much all of this EP is in a similar vein - with the focus more on The Velvet Underground.

It's a perfect little package, and I'm eagerly awaiting their album.
