Young Benjamins are fronted by UK born (grandson of Iranian farmers) Neusha Mofazzali on lead guitar and vocals. He is joined by Fransaskois multi - instrumentalist, Veronique Poulin on violin, glockenspiel, keys and vocals. Brynn Krysa (bass) and Tyson Goodyear (percussions) provide an innovative rhythm section. Less Argue is the bands 2013 album which is available for the first time in the UK this year (2015). The album is comprised of 11 original tracks (31 min, 08 sec). If you've never heard of the band before, they're worth a listen as they have a indie sound that brings to mind a little bit of The Levellers, a little of The Cranberries. There's a little folk and a little rock to their music, making the end result something a little different. For me, highlights come in the form of the catchy folk melodies at the heart of 'Move, Move!' and 'The Colonial Pt. II'. If you like what you here then you only have to wait until next year (2016) for their next album release. 7 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
