UK country band Honey Ryder release their third album, Born In A Bottle. Their hardcore fans will no doubt want to pick this up as soon as possible, but the fact that a deluxe edition is to be released later in the year might mean that some put off buying this for a while.

The album opener, 'Born In A Bottle' isn't the strongest track to start with it, but it's a slow introduction to what is to come. This is followed by what is, for me, one of the album's highlights. 'What If We've Only Got Tonight' is a rocking country track, bordering on light rock.

'Drink With Me' is a feel good summer song that is more pop than country. 'Little Feet' is a sweet song, with a powerful centre. The first half of the album seems to be where all the highlights reside, that's not to say that the rest of the album isn't also worthy of your time.

The album contains 11 tracks (41 min, 15 sec) of interesting country/mild rock anthems. We'll worth picking up.

Update - Sadly, even a day after the UK's official release date, the album is not available for sale on Amazon.co.uk or the iTuneGB store.

Update: The album was rereleased on 26 December 2015.
