The Swedish based trio, Small Feet, are starting to get a little airplay in the UK. This won't be a sound that everyone will enjoy. This is another band whose lead singer is more often than not out of tune with the rest of the band. The whole album has a distinct '70s buzz about it, but brought up to date. I have to admit that while I wasn't overly a fan, I appreciate what they were doing and it's very much a love it or hate it sound. The only track I really enjoyed was the trippy 'Palm Trees', the memorable tune made more noticeable by the bizarre off-key notes that screech from nowhere. It shouldn't work, but it does, beautifully. 6 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
