After 12 years and numerous albums, the 11-piece folk band Bellowhead have decided to call it a day. But they're going out with a bang thanks to a farewell tour. Their final gig will be on 01 May (2016) and Bellowhead are releasing this 2 x CD, 1 x DVD to ensure that fans can relive some of the highlights of the band's career... Bellowhead Live: The Final Tour is spread over 2 CDs (29 songs - 2 hr, 06 min, 03 sec) and 1 DVD (23 tracks). The package sees some of the bands most memorable songs performed live. Although, I have to say that the live element is hardly notable throughout the recordings - only at the opening and closing of the tracks. The audience participation element of 'London Town' makes it seem like none of the audience could be bothered to join in, which is a shame. The live album, which was recorded during their November 2015 tour, is almost as note perfect as a highly polished studio album. The package comes housed in a hardback CD sized book which includes 24 pages of images of the band. This 2 CD and 1 DVD package contains live performances of some of the band's most notable songs from over the years and is a no brainer for long time fans.
