Plaza Mayor Company release Martial Henzelin's La Compil, a loving fusion of French Jazz/Lounge music. This is music to unwind to; to cook to; to kick off your shoes and let your hair down to. It's an album of chill out Jazz tunes that fits more comfortably in the Lounge genre. Now, even if you don't necessarily think that an album of French Lounge/Jazz music is your thing, it's still worth checking out samples online as you may be surprised at how relaxing and enjoyable this music is. The album contains 14 songs (59 min, 13 sec) and works incredibly well as an album to play from start to finish. In fact, the way this LP has been structured, it's hard to imagine taking out any one song or playing it any other order. Martial Henzelin has carefully crafted this album to sound natural to the ear; it's almost as though it's one long work of art. If you truly hate Jazz, then it's doubtful that you'll be swayed, but for everyone else this is certainly an album worth giving a chance. 7 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
