Lakeshore Records release Aaron Zigman score for Mr. Right as well as the original track 'Love You With a Bang' by Lava/Republic recording artist Maty Noyes. The movie tells a story about a hyperactive Martha who has gone full-on manic since her latest breakup. She babbles, parties like a monster, cooks everything in sight – and is looking to do something terrible when she meets Francis. To anyone else, Francis’s approach would come across as creepy, but Martha can’t help but be intrigued. They seem a perfect match: she’s bananas, he’s bananas… except he’s a professional assassin...

Aaron Zigman turns in an interesting score for Mr. Right. It's a laid back, quirky soundtrack that seems effortless in its construction - always a sign of a good composer.

The album contains 27 tracks (41 min, 47 sec) and in places reminded me of the sweeter side of Howard Shore's score for Big (1988) - most notable on tracks like 'The First Kiss' and 'I’m Not a Bad Person'.

While It's by no means an essential purchase - there are perhaps a few too many tracks that go nowhere - there are enough interesting themes to make this worth checking out.
