Lakeshore Records release Reza Safinia's score for The Trust. Waters and Stone are two nobody police officers working dull administrative jobs and making extra money selling stolen Civil Service Exams to other officers. When Stone hears a story about a heroin dealer quickly beating his extremely high bail, the two friends set into motion a plan to find the origin of such a large amount of cash. Through diligent police work they follow a trail that leads directly to a custom bank-style vault built into the back room freezer of a small grocery store. They put a plan into motion to rob the vault and split whatever they find inside. But by the time they figure out what the vault contains, it’s already too late to turn back... Reza Safinia's score for The Trust is a modern, atmospheric soundtrack which houses a handful of intricate themes. Of this score's 17 tracks (31 min, 40 sec) personal highlights include 'The Trust Theme'; and 'Inside the Vault', but the majority of the music is made up of background atmospheric pieces that offer little in the way of cerebral stimulation. It's a shame as when Safinia is allowed, he delivers some interesting moments, but as they are few and far between here this is only one for those who want something to play in the background, which won't distract them too much. 6 Darren Rea Buy this item online
