For fans of the Krakow Film Music Festival, Varèse Sarabande release 19 tracks (1 hr, 13 min, 25 sec) of highlights from 2015's event. It's a bit of a strange mix of music and styles. In fact 2015 features way more TV music than I was expecting for a film music festival. And the inclusion of the Tetris theme is really stretching it, as is 'The Montagues And The Capulets' from Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet ballet.

However, for me, it's not really about whether it's film, TV or game music, it's all about enjoyable themes - and this album has them by the bucketful. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear that this version of the House of Cards main theme was actually better presented than the original version.

While it's not an essential album, it still houses some great segments of music.
