The Casket Girls leave the safety of their blackout curtain lair to roam an apocalyptic world, questioning the essence of humanity, where the dreamers, prophets and vampires of the old world, work together to forge a new path. The concept is Singularity. Welcome to The Night Machines. The Casket Girls are the virtually reclusive Savannah sisters, Phaedra and Elsa Greene, and Ryan Graveface... The Night Machines is The Casket Girls third full length LP. In places this felt like a gothy modern Bananarama album ('24 Hours' being probably the clearest example of this). It's upbeat and catchy - and very hard not to like. The album contains 11 tracks (42 min, 05 sec) and it's one of those LPs that grows on you the more you listen to it. Sweet vocals, intriguing electro-pop backing make for an inspired offering. 7 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
