A Thinking Animal is the new album from Leeds based indie-punk quartet, Narcs.

The LP contains 11 songs (42 min, 52 sec) of modern rock/punk infused madness. It leans more towards indie rock and contains some impressive tracks that touch on misogyny, greed, nepotism and self-loathing... if you can make out the lyrics.

This is an album that demands to be played on full volume... and when you've finished it, you'll want to play it again... but louder. This is an LP to lose your sh*t too; to mosh around the room like your life depends on it.

While there's very little here to set the world on fire as far as originality goes, Narcs have an impressive flair for bringing your inner angst to the surface. It's therapeutic and a hell of a lot of fun.
