Lakeshore Records release Jeff Cardoni's score for Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates. In the movie, hard-partying brothers Mike and Dave place an online ad to find the perfect dates for their sister's Hawaiian wedding. Hoping for a wild getaway, the boys instead find themselves outsmarted and out-partied by the uncontrollable duo... Jeff Cardoni's score for Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates is a quirky, effortless score which is perfect for the movie. As a stand alone score, however, it doesn't really do much other than deliver a load of cliched music cues. There's no themes to speak of and nothing that will really grab your attention. This is an album full of "doing stuff" cues - you know the sort of music I mean: Quirky, going nowhere pieces that accompanies the cast looking for something, or trying to complete some task. As music cues go, these 19 tracks (26 min, 20 sec) are varied and upbeat. It just depends on whether you're a fan of this type of score or not. 5 Darren Rea Buy this item online
