Florida emo/punk five piece, You Blew It! release their new album Abendrot. The band defy pigeon hole definitions (which is incredibly hard in today's market), but if I were to try and describe their sound for those who haven't heard them before, I'd have to go with a grunge infested indie rock outfit that introduce subtle, beautiful themes into their songs... Hmm... that's not the best definition on the planet. You're probably advised to seek them out yourself. You won't regret it. The album opens with 'Epaulette', a slow and easy introduction to what the band is all about. From the start, it's obvious that you're listening to something a step up from the standard indie rock offering. The album contains 12 tracks (36 min, 44 sec) with highlights including 'Sundial'; 'Autotheology'; and 'Forecasting'. 9 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
