Varèse Sarabande release a double-CD soundtrack for the first two seasons of the Amazon series The Man in the High Castle. Based on Philip K. Dick's award-winning novel, and executive produced by Ridley Scott, and Frank Spotnitz, the show explores what it would be like if the Allied Powers had lost WWII, and Japan and Germany ruled the United States... Henry Jackman and Dominic Lewis composed the score for season one of The Man in the High Castile, with Lewis working alone on the music for season two. Personally. season two appears to be where the enjoyable themes are housed. Season one is a little hit and miss (although still interesting), season two seems to be where Lewis finds his feet. For fans of the show this is too good a package to let pass by. Two seasons of music on a double disc CD release. The collection includes 28 tracks (1 hr, 18 min, 29 sec) and while there are no real standout themes, this is a score that you'll get the most from it if you let it just wash over you - put it on in the background while you're doing something else that requires your attention. 7 Darren Rea Buy this item online
