2K released the XCOM 2: War of the Chosen - Original Game Soundtrack which features original music by Tim Wynn. Overall the music has a much darker and grittier tone that of XCOM 2...

Firstly I was incredibly impressed to learn that rather than simply repurposing Tim Wynn's score from XCOM 2, 2K Games actually commissioned him to compose another batch of tracks. In fact, I was surprised to discover this is the third collection of music for the game and comes hot on the heels of the previous DLC: XCOM 2 Shen’s Last Gift.

Once again Wynn delivers the goods: heavy on epic action hero theme. The music greatly helps to add atmosphere to the game, heightening the tension, but it works even better as a stand alone collection of adrenaline pumping tracks.

The album contains 25 tracks (47 min, 19 sec) with every single track having something of merit. This is a memorable and engaging score that is well worth adding to your collection - even if you don't normally collect game soundtracks.
