Anouar, Lumieres sur le Chemin is an interesting album, but obviously won't be to everyone's taste. Ahmed el Salam is not the most tuneful of singers, but once you get used to his warblings, the sound is rather satisfying and relaxing.

It's the sheer diversity on display here that makes this an enjoyable album, and one Salam's fans will connect with. The album contains 9 songs (40 min, 54 sec) and it's the perfect LP to listen to as you unwind.
