Kidz Bop is a series of albums that feature kid-friendly versions of today’s biggest pop music hits sung by kids, for kids, taking today’s biggest hits and toning down any inappropriate or suggestive language but keeping the essence of the original song. 2018 is the first time that the franchise has expanded outside the USA, with the release of a British version with a band made up of Lois, Twinkle, Ashton and Max all aged between 11-12...

For those unfamiliar with Kidz Bop, it's a music phenomenon that began life in 2000 in the USA. 2018 marks the 35th release in the franchise, and the first album with a band made up of kids from the UK.

The latest release, titled 2018, features 2017's biggest pop hits, including 'Castle On The Hill', 'Symphony', 'Ciao Adios', 'Stay' and 'Your Song'. The album contains 22 pop anthems (1 hr, 06 min, 19 sec) all sung by the Kidz Bop UK kids; Ashton, Lois, Max and Twinkle and are totally safe, family friendly versions that your kids can sing-a-long to.

On a side note, for adults, the vocals are so heavily auto-tuned/digitally altered, that on the first play through I thought I was listening to robots singing. However, you soon get used to the unreal feel to the recordings, and you can rest assured that your little ones are listening to pop music that they'll recognise, but with any suggestive lyrics our rude words totally altered without it really effecting the end result.

This is a great album packed full of memorable hits.
