Plaza Mayor Company Ltd release the second album by Sarah Eden this year (2018). Following on from the impressive Bleu Nuit, comes Ailleurs, a 10 track (47 min, 34 sec) jazz recording with the Yaniv Taubenhouse Trio...

I'm afraid I wasn't such a fan of this release. When compared to Sarah Eden's previous release, Bleu Nuit, Ailleurs is a little weaker. Personally I didn't think the choice of songs was as interesting, nor the presentation - even the artwork for the album cover was a bit of a strange choice.

However, if you're huge jazz fanatic, then any jazz is good jazz. Likewise, Eden's fans will no doubt love what she produces here.
