Cloudlands is a fairly impressive debut LP from The Love Coffin. It has the freshness of a debut album, but will all the hallmarks of experience and confidence that comes with a second or third album release.

The only slight issue I had, was that a little more diversity wouldn't have gone amiss. It's not that this feels too samey, it's just that even after a couple of weeks of listening to it I'm no closer to being able to pick out songs that worked for me.

If you're looking for a new rock sound, it's worth giving them a listen.
