John Butler releases his new album, Home, via Because Music. The album takes listeners through an emotive sonic landscape, mirroring the vulnerabilities, joys and tensions of modern life that have shaped the last four years for Butler... Home is not only an incredibly well produced album, it's also a wonderfully diverse one, with the John Butler Trio shifting and changing their style from song to song. The album contains 12 tracks (56 min, 04 sec). Part indie, part folk, part pop, this is an album that has something for every mood. There's even a little soft rock in a Bryan Adams style. Its mainly an upbeat and engaging release, but also has plenty of stripped back, reflective moments. This is very much a spring/summer driving album which you'll get much pleasure from. 9 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
