Walt Disney Records releases Raven’s Home: Remix: The Musical Episode soundtrack from the highly anticipated musical episode of the hit Disney Channel series Raven’s Home. The soundtrack includes 8 original tracks performed by the cast in the musical episode, including the song 'Legendary', and the reprise version performed by Disney Channel Stars (17 multi-talented actresses from Disney Channel hit movies and series)...

For fans of Raven's Home this EP will make a welcome addition to your album collection. The eight songs featured in the musical episode and soundtrack were written and produced by The Heavyweights, the GRAMMY®-nominated production team composed of Jamie Jones, Jack Kugell and Matt Wong; along with songwriter Hanna Jones.

There's a good balance of songs here, which makes it an EP that parents won't mind if their offspring play over and over again. The 9 songs (14 min, 30 sec) will also feel instantly accessible if you're a musical or modern pop fan, as they use a well used, formulaic approach.

There's even a song that adult's will get way more out of than their kids. 'Raven's Pie' doesn't even try to hide the fact that it has a "sexual favours" edge to it - swapping out sexual bribes with the promise of a delicious pie for coach Spitz if he chooses Raven's son Booker to play the lead in the school musical.

Overall a great collection of songs.
