Sweat it Out is notable for being pretty diverse... however, before you get too excited, it's a middle of the road dance album that leans a little too heavily on past glories. There's very little originality here and, on a first play through, very little that sticks with you. The possible exception are 'Never Dance Alone' and 'Lose Someone'.

The LP contains 10 songs (37 min, 10 sec) of instantly forgettable songs that sound a little out of date... Having said that, if you're prepared to put in the time and listen to it several times (it took seven for me) then the tracks do finally start to get under your skin and become interesting.
