Institute release their new album, Readjusting the Locks, via Sacred Bones Records. It includes 13 tracks (28 min, 58 sec) and fans will be pleased to learn it incorporates more late '70s rock n’ roll... As punky rock bands go, Institute has pretty much got the retro sound stitched up. If you lived through the late '70s rock n' roll scene or the punk heyday of the '80s then there's much to appreciate here. While the album might be shorter than you'd like, the replay value is well worth it. For a new, younger generation... well, this pretty much encapsulates the thinking man's punk scene of a bygone era. It's a lovingly crafted album that may just get your dad moshing! 8 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
