Wasted Energy contains 12 tracks (37 min, 15 sec) and ranges from the frenetic 'New Year's Eve', the classic head banging feel of 'How Can it Not be Love', to the more standard rock anthem based 'Same Mistakes'.

This is a band with a serious amount of energy, an energy that flows through their music and hits hard. Overall this is a strong and enjoyable collection of modern punk rock tracks.
