Milan Records release Jung Jae Il's score to Parasite, a black comedy thriller movie from South Korea... Straddling the line between classical music and movie score, Jung Jae II's work on Parasite is instrumental in creating the right atmosphere for the onscreen action and it also works as a beautiful standalone collection of themes in its own right. There's a depth here; an eerie beauty, on tracks like 'Mr. Yoon and Park' and there are other beautiful pieces of classical music on tracks like 'Zappaguri'. It also manages to weave in familiar classical pieces as can be heard on 'The Belt of Faith'. Overall, it's a beautifully constructed album which will act as a musical souvenir for fans of the film, whilst also appealing to lovers of multilayered beautifully melancholic scores. 8 Darren Rea Buy this item online
