Satisfying the Ritual is the third album from Twisted Wheel, who hail from Manchester. There's a punky, rock vibe here that's hard not to get caught up with. The album contains 11 songs (43 min, 54 sec)... Twisted Wheel has a sound that morphs between a mellow Nirvana, The Last Shadow Puppets and Eels, which for me was a huge bonus... although I can see why this may put some off. The tracks are nothing overly special, certainly nothing that stands out in a crowded genre, but what they do they do incredibly well, with passion and a true appreciation of their craft. 7 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
