Revel in the Drama is a wonderfully diverse album from Ren Harvieu. It opens with The Cardigans-esque 'Strange Thing'. Elsewhere 'This Is Our Love' feels as though it could have been an '80s single by The Pretenders.

The 12 songs (48 min, 08 sec) rattle along at a fair old rate with each track being totally different from the last. 'You Don't Know Me' stands out like a sore thumb; a rose in between the thorns. It's by far the most memorable track, thanks to its classical music presentation.

Revel in the Drama is a joyous celebration of life.
