Super Meat Boy Forever takes place a few years after the events of Super Meat Boy. Meat Boy and Bandage Girl now have a wonderful little baby named Nugget. While on a family picnic, Dr. Fetus sneaks up on them, beats Meat Boy and Bandage Girl unconscious and kidnaps Nugget. When our heroes come to they embark on a quest to retrieve their precious baby and teach Dr. Fetus a very important lesson...
Super Meat Boy Forever is a frantic 2D platform game that is fast paced, challenging and, most importantly, a lot of fun. While it might feel and play like a handheld game - it comes vividly to life on the PS4. Big, bold graphics and evil looking machinery bring the cartoon world to life. You start the game with the option of being Meat Boy or Bandage Girl as you set out on your journey. And, right from the start you soon realise how challenging this game is. There's no time to stop and think as you're constantly on the move, as this is an auto-runner which only allows you to jump / wall jump / duck and slide once your character has started running.
You must jump, duck, punch and kick your way through the levels. Mistime or generally mess up and you're transported back... but never too far that it becomes frustrating. For such a simple game it's pretty addictive and hours will fly by as you blast through levels. There's huge playability here too in that once you've finished the game you can restart and all of the levels will be totally different - as they're randomly generated each time you restart. On balance a fun, cheap little game for those that enjoy auto-running 2D platformers. 6 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
