Returning with their first original music in over three decades, Bradford release Bright Hours. The LP features founding members Ian H. (vocals) and Ewan Butler (guitar). Bradford are an indie band formed in Blackburn in 1988. Championed by Morrissey, the band earned a cult status with their acclaimed debut album Shouting Quietly in 1990... Over thirty years since their last album release, Bradford still seem to be stuck in the '90s. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but even if you've never heard of them before, their sound screams '90s indie music. There's a little bit of James here, which also makes it feel dated. If you were a fan of the band back in the day, or still nostalgically look back on those times then there's much for you to soak up here. Others might just find it a little too dated to really get into. 6 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
