With only 7 tracks (27 min, 20 sec) Lift's debut album, There is Beauty in Everything feels more like an EP than an LP. Some may feel cheated by the fact that the songs drone on like a stream of consciousness, so they could have easily filled them out a little more without it being obvious.

Fans of ambient music will find this to be an interesting diversion, but hardly packed full of original material. Personally it's one that didn't really hold my attention, mainly because I felt like I'd heard it all before but with more passion.
