Silva Screen Records release the original soundtrack for the Britbox / ITV drama, Professor T, composed by Belgian Award-winning composer Hannes De Maeyer. The show follows Professor Jasper Tempest a genius Cambridge University criminologist with OCD and an overbearing mother, as he advises police...

Composer Hannes De Maeyer (Torpedo) originally scored the original Belgian series, which this show was inspired by. What's intriguing about the score is just how much is shoehorned into the 37 tracks (57 min, 27 sec). The main theme is instantly memorable and weaves its way throughout the soundtrack in many different guises.

There's also action and adventure, and melancholic reflective pieces. It's pretty much got everything and never gets old. There's also a large amount of creepy, eerie themes that feel like they've stepped out of a suspense / horror film.

This is one album that I know I'll be revisiting time and time again for years to come.
